Value of Manure Resources
Spreadsheets | Recommended Reading
"What is manure worth?" is a simple question with a different answer for everyone. The value of manure depends on your location, the supply and demand for manure in your area, and prices of competitive products. Much attention has been focused on the value of manure as a fertilizer for crops, but an increasing area of interest is the value of manure for energy production.
This focus of the resources on this website are to assist in evaluting options and making business decisions related to marketing manure.
The manure value team has assembled several resources related to this topic. They are hosting a series of three webcasts. The team has also assembled a list of spreadsheet tools and worksheets, recommended reading, and is in the process of building a FAQ database related to this topic.
